East Food Gardens Corporation is excited to bring our Roots & Harvest Community Food Distribution to the Jasper County community!

Roots & Harvest is more than a food distribution event, it is a community-centered initiative designed to help families access fresh, nutritious food while strengthening connections between local farmers, families, and community resources.

What to Expect

Community members will have access to:

• 🥬 Fresh produce and locally sourced foods

• 🥫 Pantry staples and household food essentials

• 🍽️ Prepared food and refreshments

• 🧴 Hygiene and personal-care items, as available

• 🌱 Agricultural, nutrition, and food-system education

• 🤝 Community resources and partner information

• 👨‍🌾 Opportunities to learn more about and support local farmers and growers

Our goal is to create a welcoming space where families can receive support, learn more about the local food system, and connect with resources that can benefit their households.
